Despite advances in contemporary art, women artists in Portugal remain underrepresented and are often marginalized. This project focuses on Flor Campino, with the aim of recovering and highlighting her artistic path — marked by originality, resilience and a singular visual language.
Through interdisciplinary research and collaboration with the FBAUP Museum, a digital collection is presented that not only documents Campino’s work but also challenges the invisibility of women in art history.
More than a study, it is a gesture of resistance and historical justice — a step toward a more inclusive and plural narrative of Portuguese art.
