The project was a more personal book. I collected as many fridge magnets as I could from the people closest to me and began by photographing them. Then, in Photoshop, I removed the backgrounds and adjusted the colors to make them brighter and stand out more.

From there I experimented with different layouts and ways of organizing images and text. Knowing there would be little text, it was harder to fill the pages without them feeling too empty. I opted for a more experimental layout in which each page, or each spread, talks about something different and has its own composition.
The book was designed in B5 format on a six-column grid, which served as a base for organizing the elements without having to follow it rigidly. Visually, I used a palette of red, yellow, green and blue, with some illustrations and the Diatype typeface, aiming for a simple, colorful and relaxed language.
